3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 tbs canola oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup + 2 tbs (80º water)
2 tbs molasses
2 tbs brown sugar (packed)
3 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp bread maker yeast
1 tbs gluten

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl combine canola oil, salt, sugar and boiling water. Stir in oats. Coll to lukewarm (80º-82º) and pour into bread maker. Add in this order warm water, molasses, brown sugar, flour, yeast and gluten. Standard loaf, medium brown crust.
