1 head cabbage
1/4 cup oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 - 28 oz jar spaghette sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
1/3 cup long grain rice
1 - 8oz pkg. mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely shred cabbage - remove tough ribs. In large pot, over medium heat in hot oil, cook cabbage until tender (stirring occasionally). Cook beef and onion until browned in separate pan. Add sauce, bouillon and rice. Simmer until rice is tender (about 20 minutes). In 13 x 9 inch dish, sppon meat sauce, cabbage and cheese, repeat all layers. Bake at 350F for 35- 30 minutes.
