1 ring kielbasa (cut into 4 pieces)
1 tsp. butter or margarine
1 onion, medium, sliced
2 cans of sauerkraut, drained
2 medium apples, cut into wedges
4 to 6 medium potatoes, cut into quarters
1 cup apple juice
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with butter in dutch oven. Arrange onion, sauerkraut, apples and potatoes around the sausage. Top with apple juice, salt & pepper to taste. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat, stirring once, for 30 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
