1 cup sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarine, eggs, and vanilla until sugar granules are gone.
Mash bananas with a fork and add to sugar mixture.
Stir together separately flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add flour mixture to sugar mixture.
Chop nuts fine and add to mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350º oven.
Then turn down heat to 275º and bake another 30 minutes.
Turn heat up to 325º and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
Bread is done when a toothpick comes out clean and not doughy.
