1 small pkg. lemon jello
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup lemon juice (2 lemons) and some grated rind.
1 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk - chilled
2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lemon jello in hot water.
Add lemon juice and sugar
Whip chilled evaporated milk.
Fold into jello when slightly thickened.
Layer in glass rectangle pan:
Bottom - 1/2 of the crumbs
Middle - lemon mixture
Top - 1/2 of the crumbs

Make up quite a bit ahead as it gets better the longer it stands. Keep in refrigerator.
