½ cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
1 egg yolk
4 ozs cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk; mix. Stir in cream cheese and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Drop by teaspoon (optional: can top with candied cherry or nut) onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350º for 10 minutes or till just slightly brown.
