1 stick butter

1 cup sugar

2 large cans crushed pineapple drained

3 eggs

3 cups matzoh farfel

cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. Melt butter

3. Add sugar.

4. Beat eggs, one at a time, into butter-sugar mixture.

5. Soak farfel in warm water for 3 minutes and then drain.

6. Add farfel and pineapple to mixture and combine well/

7. Pour into greased 9x13 Pyrex.

8. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

9. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until firm

A real family favorite for Passover Seders, the tradition now passed down to future Katz-Badash-Simblist generations! Grandma Rae is looking down from heaven and smiling on you!
