1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cans green beans, drained
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans of water
2 cups Minute Rice©

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
Spray 9"x13" casserole with Cooking Spray.
Mix all ingredients together in extra large bowl.
Pour in casserole.
Place foil over pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes.

It is called Cupboard Cleaner because any canned vegetable, any condensed soup, any cheese, or any ground meat (i.e., turkey, sausage) can be substituted. I always have bags of frozen hamburger (cooked & drained) in my freezer. I thaw it in the microwave and pour in. It is whatever you have on hand.
