¾ c. extra crunch peanut butter
½ c. Crisco shortening
1 ¼ c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 ⅔ c. all purpose flour
¾ tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 º. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat well until blended. Add egg until blended. Combine next three ingredients and mix well until all is well blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonfull onto baking sheet. Flatten slightly in a crisscross pattern with fork. Bake 6-7 minutes or until brown. Cool.
