2-crust pie shell
2 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. applesause

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rhubarb into ½ inch pieces.
Beat eggs very slightly.
Add sugar and flour to eggs.
Combine with rhubarb.
Add applesauce.
Put rhubarb mixture into unbaked pastry shell.
Cover with second shell, which has softened at room temperature.
Slice air holes.
Bake at 450º for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 30 minutes.
