Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-6 chicken breasts(defrosted)
4 cans of soup (I use 3 cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery)
4-6 ounces of instant rice( I use brown rice)
1/4 cup of cooking Sherry or cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the soups , cooking sherry, and rice together in a bowl.
2. Spray a 13 x9 glass pan
3. Spread half of the mixture in the bottom of the pan
4. Place the chicken breasts in pan (sometimes I cut them in half so they cook better)
5. Cover the chicken breasts with the rest of the mixture.
6. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 2-2.5 hours.
I sometimes take the tin foil off for the last 1/2 hour. You will see it bubbling and the rice getting darker!! Enjoy!
