Grandma's Chicken & Rice Recipe

4-6 chicken breasts (defrosted)
4 cans of soup ( I use 3 cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery)
4-6oz of instant rice (I use brown rice)
1/4c of cooking Sherry or cooking wine.

Preheat Oven to 350º
Mix the soups, cooking sherry, and rice together in a bowl
Spray a 13 x9 glass pan
Spread half of the mixture in the bottom of the pan
Place the chicken breasts in pan (sometimes I cut them in half so they cook better)
Cover the chicken breasts with the rest of the mixture.
Cover with tin foil and bake for about 2-2.5 hours.
I sometimes take the tin foil off for the last 1/2 hour. You will see it bubbling and the rice getting darker. Enjoy!
