2 packages Yeast
2 c Water
4 T Sugar
4 ½ c Flour
2 t Salt
2 Eggs
4 T soft Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water (110º), Beat in egg and shortening. ADD 3 - 4 c flour and mix well. Let Rise in bowl (30 minutes).

Stir down dough. ADD more sifted flour (last ½ c) until it can be worked with hands. Knead a few times (not a lot) and pinch off into rolls.
Place in buttered pan and allow to rise till doubled.

Bake at 400º for 15 - 20 minutes.
