Ingredients for Cookies:
¾ cup hard crisco shortening
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas, smashed
2 cups flour

Ingredients for Banana Frosting:
6 T. sugar
4 T. butter
4 T. milk
½ bag powdered sugar to spreading consistency
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, egg, vanilla and bananas. Add dry ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool and top with banana frosting.
