1½ c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
½ c. soft oleo
2 eggs
1½ c. mashed banana
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, sour cream, oleo and eggs in a large bowl on low speed for 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt and soda at medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread onto greased and floured 9X13 pan.
Bake in pre-heated 375º oven for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of pan comes out clean.
Cool and frost with powder sugar glaze.
