1 lb blue crab
1/2 C finely chopped onion
1/2 C finely chopped celery
1/4 C finely chopped bell pepper
1 clove minced garlic
2 C crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
dash cayenne pepper
l egg, beaten
1/4 C milk
1/2 C melted margarine
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place crab meat in large mixing bowl. Pick through to remove
any shell or cartilage. Stir in vegtables and dry ingredients. Add
remaining ingredients and mix well. Place mixture into shells or
casserole dish. Bake at 350 º and bake for 20 minutes or until
golden brown on top and hot throughout.
