1 cup real mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 T parsley
1 lb. crabmeat
1 T sherry wine
1 T lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Chill at least two hours before serving with crackers or crisp raw vegetables.
