1/2 c. onion (chopped), 1/2 c. celery (chopped), 1/2 stick of butter, 2 c. cooked chicken (cut into small pieces), 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup,1 c. milk, 1 tbsp. of curry powder, salt to taste, 1 c. of minute rice.
Saute celery and onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients and put into greased casserole dish. Bake 1 and 1/2 hrs. @ 350º
