4 large Irish potatoes, peeled 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 medium white onion, diced 2 heaping T. flour 1 t. salt 1 T large grain black pepper 1/2 t. baking powder 1 T. paprika
Grate potatoes into a large flat bowl. Mix in all other ingredients to taste. Heat a small amount of oil in a non stick frying pan. Pour a small amount of mixture into pan and spread with spoon for thinner cakes.
