2 c. sugar
˝ c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
3 heaping T. cocoa
˝ c. peanut butter
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. coconut (optional – never allowed if Woody is around!)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to rapid boil, stirring constantly, immediately remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats and coconut. Let cool for a few minutes (if you try to make the cookies when it is too hot, it just runs and won’t make nice mounded cookies). Drop from teaspoon onto parchment paper. Cool completely before removing from paper.
