place 4 c fruit in baking dish
Mix :
1 cup sugar
2T flour
Sprinkle over fruit and dot with butter
Mix:
1 c flour
1 c sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t baking powder
Beat 1 egg and add to mixture
Sprinkle crunbs over fruit

Bake in 400º oven until brown

you can use rhubarb, cherries, peaches, or blackberries
