1 frozen Pastry 9" pie shell
1 cup diced ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 t. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 cup half & half
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. papprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell at 400o for about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and punch with fork. Bake 5 minutes more and lt cool.

Place ham in shell and top with cheese. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in half and hal and seasonings and pour over cheese.

Bake at 350o for 45 minutues or until firm.
