Ingredients:
1 large can crushed sweetened pineapple
1 large pkg apricot flavored jello
1 medium size cool whip
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pineapple and juice just to a boil. Remove from heat. Add jello. Let cool. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, cool whip, nuts and optional marshmallows. Add to first mixture and let congeal in refrigerator.
DON'T be turned off by the buttermilk. You can't taste it at all but it gives the dish just a little tangy flavor.
