1/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil
3 T. pear nectar
1 1/2 T. white balsamic vinegar
1/2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. Dijon mustard
half of a 6 oz. ripe red Bartlett pear, peeled, cored and diced in a small dice
1/2 c. coarsely crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker jar. Refrigerate. Lasts a couple to a few weeks.
