1½ c. graham cracker crumbs
½ c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
½ c. margarine or butter, softened
1 (3½ oz) can flaked coconut (1⅓ c.)
1 (12 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 c.)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, and baking powder. In large mixer bowl, beat Eagle Brand and margarine until smooth. Add graham cracker crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by rounded tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
