3/4 c margarine or shortening
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg, well beaten
2 3/4 c sifted pastry flour
12 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c thick sour milk
1/2 c mincemeat

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add egg. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour milk. Chill batter; take out small pieces of batter, roll thinly on floured board, cut with 2 inch cutter. Put together in pairs, moistening edge of undercrust and using 1/2 tsp of mincemeat filling. Pinch edges together and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425º for 10 - 12 min.
