2 Tbs. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. pecans, chopped

Extra pecan halves for the top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cream the butter, sugar and flour. Add the eggs, salt, vanilla and Karo syrup, stir well. Add chopped pecans, stir well once again.

Pour mixture into a prepared pie shell. Add pecan halves to cover the top of the pie.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until filling is set.
