2 c flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼-½tsp salt
½ c. butter
½ c. sugar
½ c. packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ c. sour cream
1 ½ c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375º F
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl
In a large bowl mix butter, sugars x 3 mins, then add eggs and vanilla.
Beat in half the flour mixture until combined
Beat in the sour cream, then the remaining flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Chill x 30 min - 1 hour.
Then bake 8 to 12 mins.
