1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
1/2 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the white sugar, powdered sugar, oil, butter, egg, salt, and vanilla together until mixed well. Add flour, baking soda, and corn starch. Work it into a loaf and put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, make into little balls. Take a small glass with a smooth bottom and dip it into sugar. Press the cookies. Bake at 350º until light brown.

*These cookies must be watched so they get light brown. They burn easily.
