1 c melted butter
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 t baking powder
1 1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c peanut butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c peanuts, chopped
3 c flour
Banana Frosting
1 oz (2 T) butter melted
1/2 c baby food mashed banana
1/2 t banana ext
3-3 1/2 c conf sugar
Chopped peanuts or dried bananas (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT 350º.
Mix butter and sugar, vanilla, powder, soda, and salt. Add peanut butter and mix. Pour in eggs. Add flour gradually. Spray sheet with PAM. Form walnut-size ball. Flatten. Bake 10-12 min. Cool 2 min and to rack. Frost. Can use peanuts or dried bananas in frosting or to top.
