1 pkg yellow or white cake mix
1 C water
1/2 C oil
4 eggs
1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix
4 T poppyseeds

Glaze:
Confectionery Sugar
Lemon juice
butter
Directions:
Directions:
mix together dry ingredients. add water & oil. Mix. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well.

Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 350 45 min. Or 2 loaf pans 60 min

Allow to cool in pan for 15 min before removing.

Drizzle with glaze made with conf sugar, lemon juice and butter Or just shake conf sugar on cake
