1 1/2 c melted butter
2 c cocoa powder
2 c brown sugar
3 lg beaten eggs
4 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t vanilla
3 c flour
1/2 c sugar in bowl

Directions:
HAS TO CHILL.
Mix butter with cocoa. Add and mix in eggs. Add soda, salt, vanilla and stir. Add flour and mix. Chill for at least 1 hr or OVN. PREHEAT 350º. Roll dough to walnur size balls awith hands. Are sticky so return to refrig as needed. Roll dough in sugar and place on greased sheet. Flatten with spatula or heel of hand. Bake 10min. Cool 1-2 min and finish on cooling rack. Will stick if left on sheet.

Like chocolate animal crackers.
