1 c butter softened
1 c sugar
1 t raspberry vinegar
1 t baking soda
1 t rum ext (other or vanilla)
1 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT 325º.
Combine butter and sugar till fluffy. Add vinegar, then soda and mix. Add rum and mix. Add flour, then mix in nuts. Drop by t on greased sheet. Bake 18-20 min. Store air tight container.
