1 1/4 c sugar
1 c butter
2 lg eggs
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t cardomon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t vanilla
2 T coffee
1/2 c molasses
1/2 c light Karo syrup
1/2 c golden raisins
4 c oatmeal
3 1/2 c flour
1 c milk chocolate chips

PREHEAT 350º.
Mix butter and sugar till creamy. Mix in eggs. Add soda, powder, and salt and mix. Add cinn, cardo, nutmeg and vanilla and coffee. Add raisins and mix. Mix in molasses and Karo. Add oats. Add flour gradually. Spray sheets with PAM. Drop by heaping spoonfuls, 9/sheet. (Double size cookies) Bake 15-18 min. Cool 2 min and to rack
