1 1/2 c melted butter
2 c sugar
1/2 c honey
2 beaten eggs
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t cardamon
4 c flour
1/2 c sugar in bowl

Directions:
Directions:
HAS TO CHILL.
Melt butter and mix in sugar. Add honey. Cool. Add eggs. Mix in next 5 ing. Then add flour gradually. Will be stiff. Cover with plastic and refrig 2+ hrs or OVN. Take out of refrig and let warm slightly. PREHEAT 350º. Spray with PAM or p.paper. Roll into walnut size and roll in sugar. Press down. Bake 10-12 min. Cool 2 min and rack. (Can make smaller if want crispier - bake 8 min)
Freezes well.
