1 c butter softened
2 c sugar
3 T molasses
2 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
2 beaten eggs
2 c crushed potato chips (5-6c whole)
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c peanut butter chips
Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT 350º.
Mix butter and sugar and molasses. Add vanilla and soda. Add eggs. Mix in potato chips, then flour grad. Stir in chips. Spray sheets with PAM or p.paper. Drop by rounded t. Bake 10-12 min. Cool 2 min and to rack.
