2 pkgs Betty Crocker lemon poppy seed muffin mix
2 C water
1/2 C veg oil
2 eggs



Glaze:
2 T margarine or butter
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 C powdered sugar
1T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 12 C bundt pan & lightly flour.
Stir water, oil and eggs in lg bow using a fork. stir in muffin mixes until moistened. Pour into pan.

50 - 55 min 350º.

Cool in pan 15 min.
turn upside down onto serving plate. Cool completely.

Glaze:
stir melted butter, lemon peel and sugar in sm bowl. Stir in lemon juice until glaze is smooth. Drizzle over cake
