5 cups mullbery juice
1 box Surejell
1 tsp epsom salt (shy if using regular salt)
7 cups sugar
1 pkg grape Kool-Aid

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 4 cups mullberries with 6 cups water 10-20 minutes. Drain with a cloth. Cook the juice, SureJell and salt 2 minutes and add sugar. Cook 2 minutes more. Add Kool-Aid and cook 1 more minute. Pour into clean jelly jars and seal with paraffin wax. Makes about 4 1/2 pints.
