Chicken, Onions, Monterey Jack Cheese, Can of Green Enchilada Sauce, Can of Chooped Green Chilis, Can of Evaporated Milk, Flour or Corn Tortillas,

Directions:
Enchilada Fillings: Cooked chicken diced, mixed into a pan with green chilies and sauteed onions.

In a large bowl, combine green enchilada sauce and evaporated milk, mix well. Dip the tortillas in the mix and fill with chicken fillings and sprinkle monterey jack cheese. Roll up into a baking casserole dish.

Pour excess over the enchiladas, sprinkle with more monterey jack cheese and bake 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
