1 c butter softened
2 c sugar
3 T molasses
2 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
2 beaten eggs
2 c crushed salted potato chips - coarse gravel (6 c chips)
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT 350º. (If double recipe - do not double baking soda - only use 1 1/2 t.)
Mix butter, sugar, molasses till fluffy. Add vanilla and soda. Add eggs, then pot chips. Add flour gradually. Stir in chips. Spray sheets wit PAM or p.paper. Drop by rounded t. 12/sheet. Bake 10-12 min. Cool 2 min, then rack
