2 c sugar
2 c butter softened
1 lg eggs beaten
1/2 c maple syrup
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
4 c flour
1/2 c crushed corn flakes
1 c white chocolate or vanilla chips
1/2 c sugar for coating

HAS TO CHILL. Spray sheets with PAM or p.paper.
Put butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat till smooth and creamy. Add eggs. Add syrup. Then next 4 ing. Mix. Add flour gradually. Add corn flakes and chips and stir by hand. Chill 1 hr or OVN. PREHEAT 350º. Spray sheets with PAM or p.paper. Roll into walnut size balls and roll in sugar. 12/sheet. Flatten just a bit. Bake 10-12 min till golden brown. Cool 2 min then rack.
