1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layers)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
28 oz can Pumpkin (3 1/2 cups)
2 eggs
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 T Pumpkin Pie Spice or Allspice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or marg.- melted

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 13 X 9 pan. Reserve 1 cup cake mix; combine remaining cake mix, 1/2 cup butter, & 1 egg. Beat well. Pat into baking pan.
- Blend pumpkin, 1 egg, milk, sugar and spices. Pour into pan over cake layer.
-Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter with 1 cup reserved dry cake mix. Sprinkle over top of cake layers.
- Bake 1 hr. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
