1-1/2 cups Honey Graham Crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Butter or marg. softened
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup flaked cocunut
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1) To make graham cracker crumbs. Place cracker squares in a large sealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush into fine crumbs to make a cup and 1/2.
2.) Preheat oven 350º.
3.) Mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder.
4.) In another mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add vanilla extract. Slowly add crumb mixture and stir until smooth. Than add chocolate chips, coconut and nuts.
5.) Drop by spoonful onto to lightly greased cookie sheet.
6.) Bake 12-15 mins. until lightly brown and springy.
7.) Let cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet and then movie to a wire rack.
