3 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
egg
bread crumbs
Coconut oil

1 20 oz can pineapple chunks
2 1/2 cups duck Sauce
1 spanish onion 0r 3 regular onions, diced
2 medium green bell peppers, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken first, egg bread and then fry in coconut oil.

In a separate pot, cooked the pineapple in its juice for 30 minutes;
Add duck sauce and cook for 15 minutes;
Add the onions and cook for 10 minutes;
Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes;
Finally add the chicken.
