Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

2 T. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 slices pineapple
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cookie and Cake Mix
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter and sugar and place in bottom of baking pan. Arrange pineapple slices on top.

Add milk to Cookie and Cake Mix. Beat 2 minutes. Add egg and beat 2 minutes. Pour over pineapple.

Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
