1 cup milk
½ cup cream
3 eggs
1¼ cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. cinnamon
2½ cups canned pumpkin
2 frozen pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Put in a bowl milk, cream, eggs, sugar, salt, and flour. Beat together. Dissolve hot water with cinnamon. Add to other ingredients and beat. Add pumpkin, mix until smooth. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake ½ hour at 375º. Reduce heat to 350º for remaining ½ hour.
