30 large tomatoes
8 medium onions
3 sweet green peppers
2 sweet red peppers
2 cups celery diced
3 cups cider vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tbsp. mixed pickling spice in bag (make bag out of cheese cloth)





Directions:

Bring to a rapid boil. Simmer up to 3 hours. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.

I tried putting in freezer and it worked great (easier than canning).
