2 c. cookie crumbs from your favorite cookies
Pinch of Ginger, more or less to your preferred taste
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. evaporated milk
5 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor (or blender), process cookies and ginger until crumbs. It should almost be a powder consistency. Put in a large bowl and set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and unsalted butter. Heat for a minute and a half, or until butter has melted. Add the vanilla extract and mix.

Pour the liquid over the cookie crumbs and mix with a rubber spatula until there are no dry spots. Put the butter in a Mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

We have use this for dipping strawberries, dipping graham crackers, it taste delicious on everything.
