1 package butter fudge cake mix
1 package (3.5 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
3 eggs

cream cheese frosting:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 (12 oz.) container cool whip, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, milk, butter, and eggs. Beat until completely blended.
2. Lightly grease and flour 3 round 9-inch cake pans.
3. Pour cake mix evenly into the 3 pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 325 alt-0186 oven.
4. Set aside to cool slightly, then remove cake from pans.
5. Once cake has completely cooled, frost layers and sides. Refrigerate finished cake.

Frosting:
1. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and white sugar until completely blended smooth. Stir cool whip into mixture.

Be sure to watch cake, it will overcook very easily!
You can also add shaved chocolate pieces on top of cake of desired.
