8 oz bowtie pasta noodles
4 cups spinach leaves .. (cut or tear into pieces)
½ cup craisins
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
1 can mandarin oranges drained (Cut in half)
¼ cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
Optional: Rotisserie Chicken cut into pieces

Dressing
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce (the thicker, the better)
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1/3 cup oil (such as vegetable, canola or olive)
Dressing can be made ahead of time and chilled

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water

In large bowl toss together pasta, spinach, craisins, nuts, mandarin oranges and cilantro.

Just before serving pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
